About MB2 Fitness

MB2 Fitness was established in 2020 by Marlon Barnes a fitness professional qualified with an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal training who has a vast amount of knowledge and experience gained from continuous training, learning and development within the industry. He has lots of passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness so thrives on working with clients from all levels of training experience & ability.

 

Our goal is to help as many people transform their Mental and Physical health which positively impacts their lives and the community around them, with this said we are fully committed and dedicate our time to get each client to their desired fitness state. We are just a stone throw away to give support and answer any queries that you may have so don't hesitate to get in contact with us anytime.

All of these cover the fundamentals of Cardiorespiratory, Flexibility, Posture Correction, Endurance, Strength, Power, Speed, Agility and Quickness, all varieties of training will improve your overall health and fitness.
